1. Warranty Coverage & Commitment
Tikanna warrants that its decorative lighting products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the specified warranty period, effective from the date of shipment from our factory.
Our Core Service Promise:
24-Hour Response Pledge: We commit to providing an initial response or solution outline for any inquiry within 24 hours on business days.
“One-to-One” Replacement: For defects confirmed to be covered under this warranty, our standard resolution is a direct, one-to-one replacement of the faulty unit or component.
2. Warranty Periods
Our warranty periods reflect the quality standards of different product categories:

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To ensure efficient handling, please follow this process:
1)Notify Your Sales Representative: Contact your dedicated Tikanna contact within 7 business days of discovering a potential defect.
2)Submit a Technical Support Request: You will be provided with a form to detail the issue. Please submit it along with clear supporting evidence:
A clear photo of the product label for traceability.
Multiple photos/videos clearly showing the defect and the installation environment.
3)Our Assessment & Solution: We will analyze the claim and propose a solution (e.g., replacement part shipment, repair instructions) within 3-10 business days. For complex cases, we may request the return of the defective item for analysis.
4)Replacement Shipment: Once confirmed, replacement items for valid claims are typically dispatched within 10-25 business days.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover issues arising from:
Improper installation, handling, accident, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
Improper use or installation contrary to provided instructions or technical standards.
Damage during transit if shipped via a freight forwarder appointed by the customer.
Normal wear and tear, or the natural aging of finishes and materials.
Compatibility issues arising from integration with non-Tikanna components or systems not pre-approved in writing.
5. General Terms & Limitations
Tikanna’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or, at our option, a refund of its purchase price.
We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (e.g., labor costs for re-installation, business interruption).
No agent, employee, or representative is authorized to make any warranty beyond the terms stated herein unless in writing and signed by an authorized Tikanna manager.
Tikanna reserves the right to use improved materials or designs in warranty replacements.
We reserve the right to update this policy. The version effective at the time of your order shipment applies.
